8 Lessons i Learned in 2008

Well, if you look back at the first blog post you will notice some pretty insightful things in my post of 7 Lessons I Learned in 2007, there is something to be said for blog posts. They certainly help you reflect in the following year. So, this year I decided to keep in the tradition (though later than I expected) with the "lessons learned" posts and look back on 2008 and try to think of what I learned. It was a big year, so hold on to your eyeballs!

8 Lessons Learned in 2008
  1. Never underestimate the power of the individual. Dynamic is everything

  2. Trust is easy with the right people

  3. Go ahead and quit your day job and stop listening to the cynics

  4. Real friends still answer the phone at midnight

  5. 80's music still has its place in my life (I'm not so hip that I can't enjoy who I was)

  6. Hugging strangers on a train on vacation feels good

  7. When you can't do anymore, do some more

  8. "Location, location, location..." really? I don't think so anymore.

Here's to 2009! I truly hope you all have a great year!
